Join us for Bootcamp! Certified Personal Trainer Stephanie Miller designs each workout for ALL fitness levels - whether you haven’t worked out in the past 10 years or if you ran a marathon yesterday. With keeping a small group size of 10 or less, we can focus on ensuring proper movements to prevent injury while maintaining safe social distancing in an outdoor setting and getting in a good sweat. Each class focuses on improving your cardio fitness as well as your strength and core - and there is no equipment needed - just you and your sneakers!

Optional 6-week nutrition program to supplement your workouts is available. Upon sign up, information will be provided by Stephanie to add on a nutrition program to assist in your goals.
