During Camp Daybreak children will have a chance to finish any homework, and get out some early energy before school starts. At Camp Sunset children will have a snack (provided by the Rec), and have time for homework. They will also have activities such as outside games, board games, and arts & crafts.
The Before & After School Program will not operate on the following holidays: Indigenous People's Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving break, Christmas school break, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents Day and Memorial Day. February & April School Vacation Camps are separate from Camp Daybreak/Camp Sunset. The program will be closed if the school closes or cancels after-school activities.
PRICING:
There is a $35 administration fee required per child per school year
Camp Daybreak: $42 per week
Camp Sunset: $63 per week
Combo (Both): $100 per week
Payments are required to be paid prior to the week attending. Automatic payment plans are required unless other arrangements have been made. Auto-payments will be deducted on Sundays. A credit/debit card MUST be saved on file for Automatic payments.
A two (2) week notice must be given if your child will no longer be participating in this program.
NOTE: All activities for the 2020-2021 school year will be COVID modified and will adhere to all current CDC & State of Maine guidelines. This will include wearing masks when social distancing can not be maintained.
School Schedule Changes: This program is based on WOCSD's Hybrid Plan A (Recommended 3 feet of social distancing and all students are back to school 5 days per week with reduced class sizes.) If the WOCSD needs to change the school schedule to Hybrid Plan B (2 Groups of students alternating Mon/Tues and Thurs/Fri, with all students remote learning on Wednesdays), we will offer SEPARATE programs with SEPARATE registration. If the WOCSD needs to change the school schedule to FULLY remote learning, we will not offer a child care program.
